Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barkeep but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Varis was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was a Doctor, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tailor born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to end his boredom

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
