History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
