Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 15. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Hadarai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Courier. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
