Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.
