History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man is very fat, and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
