Description: An older man who is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is long and brown with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rolen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility.
