Description: A 4'8" western man, he very much looks the part of a Marshal. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
