In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
