He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Thervan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Naill began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
