Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe, marred by sweets. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gifted from a young age, Halimath studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
