Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Born to a Knight, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Azaki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Thervan was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
