History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new seamstress responsibilities is difficult
