History: Quarion was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
