Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Lamlis will drive conversation. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
