Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Arannis began to lead the lost caravan. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
