Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Layabout father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
