Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
