He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Efferil was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He now mingles about in high society.
