Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tight fitting violet shirt and pants. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Halimath was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
