He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. A true patriot, Efferil would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
