Description: He is in excellent shape and is typically in his Cartwright uniform. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a grey coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He has wavy black hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Eiravel never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Guard. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
