History: Lucan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Tharivol took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
