Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Lucan was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Weaver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
