History: Born to a Locksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Efferil has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
