History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Naal reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Berrian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
