Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fisher. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Berrian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This man is very fat, and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His tied-back hair is golden. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Eiravel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Eiravel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Butcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
