Personality: Heian wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with his Navigator father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
