Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rael will drive conversation. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Rael was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle.
