History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Peren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
