Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
