Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a Marshal soon after.
