Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Raer lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and regain custody of his son
