Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Peren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
