Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Lucan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his father's many stories. When Lucan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away.
