Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Lucan was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
