History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small green clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Ivellios was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ivellios's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
