History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is cut close to his head. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
