So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Efferil is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.
