Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, marred by sweets. He has brown hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
