History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
