Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Stableman profession.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He became a Spy soon after.
