Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. Recently the stress of being a Soapmaker has made it difficult for him to sleep.
