History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
