He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thervan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
