Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
