Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Korfel embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Korfel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Korfel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
