Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. Quarion enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
