He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His tied-back hair is auburn. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aelar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Tailor business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
