Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Rael was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
