History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a Miller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
